Commissioner Josh Powers moved to approve transfers, blanket purchase orders and claims; Commissioner Ryan John seconded and the motion carried with Powers, John and Chairman Johnny Owens voting aye. The meeting was then adjourned on a motion by Owens, seconded by John.
