Board approves personnel items and minutes; one supervisor abstains

The board voted to approve the July 21, 2026 regular meeting minutes; Broeker made the motion and Chair Shane McCampbell seconded but member Jim Cary abstained from that vote. The meeting minutes record that, "Broeker made a motion to approve July 21st, 2026, regular meeting minutes and was seconded by McCampbell. Cary abstained."
