The Turner Board of Education voted May 11 to approve a slate of routine business items and vendor agreements for the 2026–2027 school year, including memberships, maintenance contracts and student safety services. The consent agenda included warrants and encumbrances for FY2025–2026 and recorded a resignation from Rae Ann Cook.
Board minutes show approved purchase order increases of $2,000 for Martin Petroleum, $1,000 for Allstate, $7,000 for BancFirst (hotel and travel expenses) and $1,000 for reimbursement to Jeffrey Bell. The board also approved membership with the Oklahoma Public School Resource Center and a service agreement with the Oklahoma State School Boards Association for employment and policy services for 2026–2027.
