The City of Lake St. Louis Board of Aldermen convened a joint Administrative/Finance/Public Works work session on July 20, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. Mayor Brian McKinney presided; present were Aldermen Joe Coyne (Ward II), Jacalyn Schauer (Ward I), Bill Behr (Ward II), Angela Bilkey (Ward I), Chris Hinkle (Ward III) and Alderman Justin Hensley (Ward III), who attended via teleconference. City staff in attendance included City Administrator George Ertle, City Clerk Donna Daniel, Community Development Director Andrew Stanislav, Police Chief Chris DiGisueppi, Public Works Director Terry Rigdon and Parks and Recreation Director Darren Noelken.
