Mayor Johann Wallace performed the first reading of Ordinance 2026-04, which would amend Title 6 of the town code on animals. Changes include expiration rules for licenses and vaccinations, removal of references to a town animal shelter the town no longer operates, updated impoundment and adoption language, and provisions concerning chickens and animal-capture traps.
