The agreement sets per-event fees at $70 for the 2025/2026 season, $75 for 2026/2027, and $80 for 2027/2028; the library’s budget includes an allotment for the increased costs.
Commissioner Justin Ahlers moved the approval and Commissioner Bob Paplow seconded; the motion was duly passed. Library administration will coordinate with the vendor and facilities staff to schedule service and manage invoicing under the three-year agreement.
