Notable outcomes included a revised dwelling value of $192,795 and a total assessed value of $205,400 for Property ID 390603700 (Protest #1); a reduction to $102,320 for a former grain elevator (Property ID 390011000); a multi‑unit residential valuation reduced to $686,345 (Property ID 390518400); and a commercial property valuation cut to $95,500 after reassessment (Property ID 390804500). Several protests resulted in no change after review. The Board adjourned at 11:24 a.m.
