Planning Board memorializes sign-variance resolution for Sawmill shopping center

The Cherry Hill Planning Board on July 20 voted to memorialize a resolution (case 26-P-0003) approving a site plan waiver and a bulk (C) sign variance for Gator Sawmill, LLC at 404 Route 70 East. The application seeks to replace an existing freestanding shopping center identification sign with a freestanding multi-tenant monument sign containing four tenant panels.
During the record review the board considered whether the doctrine of Res Judicata applied to the developer’s prior, denied application and reviewed the written resolution memorializing its findings. The board then voted to ratify the resolution; the motion was made by Sam Kates and seconded by Earle Seneres. Affirmative votes were recorded from Earle Seneres, Sam Kates, Ed Rentezelas and Christopher Callan, and the resolution was memorialized.
The memorialized resolution will be included in the planning board records as the official action on case 26-P-0003; the minutes do not record any public comment on the matter.
