Kay County approves IT support for Assessor and software for Clerk through June 2027
Summary
The BOCC approved a CoreMax domain and email support agreement with AF3 Technical Solutions for the Assessor’s Office and a software and service agreement with KellPro for the County Clerk’s Office, both effective July 1, 2026—DA approved as to form.
Commissioners approved an Information and Technology CoreMax support, service and maintenance agreement between the Kay County Assessor’s Office and AF3 Technical Solutions, LLC effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. District Attorney Brian Hermanson reviewed and approved the agreement as to form before the vote.
The board also unanimously approved a separate Software and Service Agreement between KellPro, Inc. and the Kay County Clerk’s Office for the same contract year. Both agreements were presented as standard annual renewals and carried on motions with unanimous support from the three commissioners.
