Approved items include a work order under a master agreement with VieMed Healthcare Staffing, a government product lease agreement with Quadient Leasing, contracts with Stillwater Medical Center Authority (dba Stillwater Medical Blackwell) and Fairfax Family Medical (Ponca and Newkirk Family Health Centers) for radiology and phlebotomy services for department‑referred patients, memoranda of agreement with Blackwell and Newkirk public school districts to provide behavioral health services, and a janitorial contract with Brianna’s Cleaning Company for department facilities.
District Attorney Brian Hermanson told the board that he reviewed the agreements "as to form" and recommended that agreements not exceed one fiscal year unless the Health Department documents a financial benefit that would justify a longer term. The motion to approve the listed agreements carried with Kreger and Jones voting aye; the minutes do not specify total contract values or individual provider rates.
