The Board approved the consent agenda (minutes, treasurer's report, and bills) after a motion from Mr. Wilhelm and a second from Mr. Jagow; the minutes record the motion as carried.
The treasurer's report listed several account balances including General Fund checking with a balance shown as $505,810.67 and General Fund expenditures of $90,748.19 and Capital Fund expenditures of $53,885.61. Clerk Erin Christie reminded the board that nomination petitions for the April election are due Monday, Jan. 26 at 5:00 p.m.; the top three vote-getters will receive four-year terms and the next two will serve two-year terms.
Under additions to the agenda Mayor Pro-Tem Patterson requested a standing monthly report from the Parks Advisory Committee and asked staff to obtain quotes for an emergency egress door in the clerk's office; Trustee Wilhelm asked that an item allowing Mr. Marrs to proceed with purchasing a replacement truck be added to February's agenda.
