"The landowner Mr. Troyer said he spoke with Dave Schneider already and he said that the three lots would not be an issue," and Trustee Wilhelm later confirmed by phone that three taps were acceptable. Mr. Jagow moved to approve the split and Mr. Wilhelm seconded; the motion carried.
The split was considered during a public hearing that drew no public comment. The Board did not record individual vote tallies in the minutes; the motion is recorded as carried. The parcel number for the approved split is 0010024405.
