To reconcile oversight concerns with statutory accuracy, the board voted to add two sentences to the plan noting that "at the direction of the local governing entity, the Ottawa County Department of Public Health ended participation with the YAS Committee and the Youth Assessment Survey on 03/24/2026" and that "the Wear1 program was discontinued on 03/24/2026." After those insertions the board approved the plan and directed staff to continue oversight and bring programmatic issues to the Planning & Policy Committee for further discussion.
