Council schedules site review after Public Works proposes one-way plan for Locust Lane

Minutes state the plan would pair that change with making Willow Street one-way so exiting traffic from the Franklin Street Social parking lot would turn toward Maple, which the minutes note "is as wide as Main St., giving plenty of room for trucks and the traffic from Franklin Street Social." Engineer Jeff Shue agreed the option is preferable; the minutes also note that Willow Street is "currently 16ft. so it is perfect for one way." Council members discussed purchasing additional signs to indicate truck routes and the Franklin Street Social entrance.
