The Secretary provided March financial statements in advance of the meeting and reviewed key balances. She reported the PHA checking balance at First Montana was -$7,406.40 (attributed to deposit lag), Money Market balance $200,000.00, and an ICS Sweep Account balance of $2,354,775.60, bringing total savings and investments to $2,547,369.20; delinquent accounts totaled $2,004.00 compared with $9,145.53 at the same time last year.
For Pintlar Apartments the General Fund balance was $171,456.99 (including siding and windows loan), with a loan amount of $13,352.50; combined savings plus checking totaled $191,028.96 and delinquent accounts totaled $126.00 compared with $396.00 last year.
