Councilors push to reinvigorate boards and create youth, accessibility commissions

"It's created by ordinance," staff said, recommending re‑staffing rather than creating an entirely new commission.
Members said regular board‑chair meetings and outreach could increase participation; the chair described a monthly board and commission chair meeting and staff said they were reviewing applicants who had expressed interest in serving.
