Planning director asks for $25 binding fee; committee recommends fee schedule amendment

Planning Director Katie Gruenberg told the committee the department can now produce bound County and municipal plans in‑house and requested a $25 fee to cover materials and clerical assistant labor.
"The calculated cost for their staff to produce this product is $25, based on material and clerical assistant labor," Gruenberg said as she presented a modified Planning Department and GIS Fee Schedule included as Appendix E. Committee members voted to recommend the fee schedule amendment to the Board; the motion carried unanimously.
The amendment covers comb and three‑ring binding options and will be added to the Planning Department fee schedule if approved by the Board. The Appendix includes the wider GIS and mapping fee schedule for reference.
