As recorded in the minutes, "Moved by Schmidt, seconded by Dontz to recommend the approval of the on‑demand checks, bills and payroll, be accepted in the amount of $2,284,439.55; and that the same be placed on file." The motion carried unanimously.
The committee reviewed the fund-by-fund breakdown in Appendix A, which shows major ledger items including the General Fund on‑demand payments of $326,595.82 and airport authority fund activity of $579,783.29. The committee did not amend the totals; the recommendation sends the claims and payroll forward to be placed on file with the Board of Commissioners.
