The Anaconda-Deer Lodge County DUI Task Force recorded five DUIs in March; the minutes note that three of the arrests were carried out by Trooper George Nassour of the Montana Highway Patrol. Morgan Smith, ADLC County Attorney, reported that five minor-in-possession (MIP) incidents were also recorded for March and that those MIPs were standalone incidents.
The task force voted to accept the MIP/DUI report unanimously. The report and the acceptance were recorded as part of the meeting's regular reports; members did not request additional data during that agenda item but noted the need for updated data generally when discussing the annual task force plan.
