Brian Kelly, presenting the annual state fraud risk assessment that accompanies the city's audit, told the council Sandy's score this year was 355 out of a possible 395 and that the score places the city near the cutoff for the 'very low risk' band. "Our score this year is 3 55 out of a total possible of 3 95," Kelly said, adding that the assessment is signed by the CAO and included in the council packet and requires no council action tonight.
Kelly said the assessment is a routine reporting function tied to the city's annual audit and offered to answer any questions. Council members thanked Kelly for the presentation and noted no action was required; the item closed as informational.
