TIF non-profit grant policy moved to public hearing for August 12
Summary
The Board voted unanimously to move the proposed TIF Non-profit Grant Policy and application to a public hearing scheduled for Aug. 12, 2025 at 5:30 p.m.; the Comprehensive Plan contract with AVCOG for $13,000 was also discussed.
On July 22 the Roxbury selectmen moved the proposed Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Non-profit Grant Policy and application forward to a public hearing on Aug. 12, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. The motion was made by Selectman Timothy Derouche, seconded by Selectman Matthew Patneaude, and approved 3-0 as recorded in the minutes.
The board also reviewed the Comprehensive Plan work with AVCOG, noting a $13,000 contract for chapters; the board will wait until a follow-up Comprehensive Plan meeting to determine whether changes are needed before formally accepting the contract.
