The review will examine funding, implementation status, partner obligations, measurable outcomes and service gaps and return to the commission within 90 days with a written report and recommendations.
Commissioner Jones framed the initiative as aligning with a request from the National Association of Counties (NACO) and noted the goal is to identify duplications, service gaps and underserved populations. Clerk recorded the motion as carried: 12 in support, none in opposition.
