At the June 22 Economic Development Authority meeting, a contractor presented a draft housing study; Planning staff Josh Hahn reported that presentation to the commission at its June 23 work session.
Mr. Hahn said the draft is still in the EDA approval process and that the Housing Subcommittee will resume meeting soon. Secretary Sandy Davis, who serves on the subcommittee, will bring future subcommittee updates to the Planning Commission. No decisions were made at the June 23 planning meeting; staff will forward the study to the commission when it is finalized for public review and comment.
The update was informational; commissioners did not vote on any housing-related action at the June 23 session.
