Commissioners approve zoning map changes for properties in Districts 1 and 3; one amendment tabled

Under Old Business, the board approved Resolution #2026-071 (ZNE-27-2026) for The Hewitt Family Trust at 34367 E. 151st St. S., Coweta (District 3). Separately, the board tabled Resolution #2026-067 (ZNE-29-2026) for Jason Prescott at 24251 E. 98th St. S., Broken Arrow. The minutes do not include supporting testimony or conditions attached to approvals; staff will reflect the zoning changes in county records and schedule the tabled item for later consideration.
