Roxbury hires barrier move and flags beach parking erosion; PBR required for repairs

Minutes state town-owned jersey barriers could block the spot; Selectman Ray Hodsdon moved and Selectman Matthew Patneaude seconded a motion authorizing Charlie Pappas to move the barriers for $350, and the motion passed 2-0. The board also noted the boat dock is fully ADA compliant though some items remain outstanding.
