Timothy Derouche messaged the town office noting the dock had used 3/4-inch bolts from Tractor Supply, and the board accepted the bid with the understanding the bidder is responsible for his own pins if the town's cannot be located. Motion to accept the bid was made by Selectman Matthew Patneaude, seconded by Ray Hodsdon; vote recorded 2-0.
The board asked that the dock condition be checked for the reported broken weld and gate issue before work proceeds and to confirm billing status with the vendor.
