The court approved a proposed distribution plan for the estate of John Michael Benedict and signed an order to effectuate the payouts. Joshua Benedict, the personal representative and the decedent's only child, asked the court for reimbursement of $465.44 for fees he advanced, $1,200 to counsel, and distributions of $88,132.92 (Joshua), $88,132.93 (St. Jude's Hospital) and $88,132.93 (Wounded Warrior Project). Judge David D. Wolfe reviewed the proposal, noted no objections were presented in court, and approved the disbursements.
Joshua Benedict confirmed the amounts under oath and the court entered the order. The judge instructed the clerk to process the distributions and closed the item after signing the written order.
