The Rapho Township Planning Commission approved the minutes from its June 1, 2026 meeting during the July 6, 2026 session. Commissioner Chet Eckman moved to approve the minutes as written; Carrol Ehrhart seconded and the minutes record that all voted in favor.
Chairman Jay Gainer called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.; the meeting concluded at 7:15 p.m., after the commission recommended approval of a conditional-use expansion for Hess Seeds & Services and removal of a prior delivery cap. The minutes list commissioners Jay Gainer, Chet Eckman, Bryan Balmer, Dennis Shellenberger and Carrol Ehrhart as present, along with Township Manager Randall Wenger, Melissa Kelly from RETTEW, applicant Jared Hess and consultant Steve Gergely.
