County and Town approve Jackson Hole Airport FY27 budget

At the April 28 joint meeting, both the Teton County Board of County Commissioners and the Jackson Town Council voted to approve the Jackson Hole Airport budget for fiscal year 2027 after a presentation by Michelle Anderson and Jim Elwood.
Representatives from the Jackson Hole Airport, Michelle Anderson and Jim Elwood, presented the airport's fiscal year 2027 budget at the joint meeting on April 28. On behalf of the County, Commissioner Wes Gardner moved to approve the airport budget; Commissioner Luther Propst seconded. Chair Mark Newcomb called the vote and the motion carried with all County commissioners voting in favor.
The Town separately moved to approve the same airport budget. Councilmember Jonathan Schecter moved and Councilmember Devon Viehman seconded the Town motion; Mayor Arne Jorgensen called the vote and the motion carried with all in favor. The transcript records approval votes for both jurisdictions but does not include budget line items or dollar amounts.
