Wagoner County commissioners approve vendor contracts, plats and grant applications in short session

The Wagoner County Board of Commissioners convened June 15 with Chairman Randy Stamps and Vice Chairman Tim Kelley present and Commissioner James Hanning absent. The board moved through a packed consent and action agenda, approving a string of vendor agreements, grant-application work orders and plats.
Commissioners approved two Cross Timbers Consulting task orders — WAG-006 (Railroad Elimination Grant Application) and WAG-004 (Yonkers BUILD Grant Application) — each not to exceed $30,000 to be paid from the Commissioners Use Tax Account after motions by Commissioner Stamps and seconded by Commissioner Kelley. The board also approved agreements with Encartele, Inc. for a Content and Security Application Distribution License and Regulated Audio and Video IPCS Services for the Sheriff's Office and jail; both motions passed unanimously among those present.
The board approved a CentralSquare agreement to provide a Records Management System and Jail Management System for the Sheriff's Office and authorized installation of a video intercom at the North Annex for $3,394.71 from VIP Technology Solutions. Land-use items included approval of the Final Plat of The Pines in District 2 (Resolution #2026-080) and the Preliminary Plat of South Brook Phase IV in District 3 (Resolution #2026-081). No public comment was recorded.
"The Treasurer's Sale was successful, with more than 600 properties sold and over $282,000 generated in total revenue," County Treasurer Chasity Levi announced during the meeting. The board recessed at 9:40 a.m.
The motions recorded in the minutes show all recorded votes as 'aye' from Commissioners Stamps and Kelley; Commissioner Hanning is noted as absent for roll call.
