Resident Ken Kolar of 1022 Oak Grove Ct. used public comment time on July 6 to question the City's sewer billing and whether Crown Point residents are financing infrastructure tied to new development. Kolar said the sewer portion of his bill "totaled $225.00" and described household water‑use patterns (watering flower pots) while raising questions about allocation of developer costs.
Mayor Land said he had Kolar's phone number and would discuss the billing concern further. A City staff member had previously explained to Kolar that the bill is based on how much water is used.
