Commissioner Cindy Thompson moved the final reading to accept dedication of the east road now called 1469 Road in South Creek Estates (Section 32, Center Township); Commissioner John Shorten seconded the motion and all commissioners voted yes to approve the dedication.
The Commission recorded that $100 was received and that all specifications had been met based on recommendations from the Center Township Board; the legal description in the minutes documents a 60-foot right-of-way (30 feet on either side of center line), a center-line distance sequence including a cul-de-sac with a 50-foot radius, and that the dedication is subject to any existing reservations, restrictions, or easements and Highway BB right-of-way. A Special Limited Liability Company Warranty Deed was filed with the Vernon County Recorder of Deeds on Oct. 27, 2025.
The action was recorded as approved by unanimous vote. The Commission indicated copies of the filing will be sent to the Center Township Board, the Vernon County Assessor, and the Vernon County Bridge Foreman.
