The Cleveland County commissioners reviewed renewal options from CompSource Oklahoma for workers' compensation insurance and voted to adopt Medical Indemnity Deductible option C: a $3,000 deductible with a premium of $380,015.
The board considered alternative deductible options presented: $1,000 deductible (premium $395,869) and $2,000 deductible (premium $386,926). Commissioners selected the $3,000 deductible as the lowest-cost premium option after discussion. The motion to select option C was made by Jacob McHughes, seconded by Rusty Grissom, and carried 3–0.
The board did not record further amendments or contingency directions in the minutes; Purchasing/HR and the county's insurance administrator will process renewal paperwork.
