The commissioners recorded total annual costs including payroll taxes, employee benefits and retirement of $126,646.97. The minutes state the Oklahoma State Election Board will reimburse the county $8,754.41 monthly, for an annual reimbursement total of $105,052.92. The motion was made by Jacob McHughes, seconded by Rusty Grissom, and carried unanimously.
