County picks Beaver Valley site for new transfer station; recycling pickup levels to change

"One garbage truck has, basically replaces 700 to 1000 visits to the transfer station," he said, emphasizing efficiency gains. He said the changes could ultimately benefit residents of Port Ludlow, though the project timeline remains multi-year.
