Commissioner Scott Clem moved approval of the MOU covering payment for salary and equipment costs described in the agreement for the period July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027; Commissioner Jerry Means seconded and the motion carried unanimously. The MOU was taken from the table earlier in the meeting before final approval.
