WCIDA accepts certified financial audit and authorizes PARIS filing
Summary

The Wayne County Industrial Development Agency Board accepted the certified financial audit prepared by EFPR Group and approved filing the annual PARIS reports with the New York State Authorities Budget Office (ABO).
Executive Director Brian Pincelli reported the Audit Committee reviewed EFPR Group's audit presentation and the proposed PARIS reports and recommended acceptance. Kim V. Leonard moved to approve the resolution accepting the certified audit and annual PARIS report; Kaye Stone-Gansz seconded and all present approved.
The board's action completes the agency's routine annual audit acceptance and authorizes required reporting to NYS ABO via the PARIS system.
