The Campbell County Board of Commissioners approved a sweeping consent agenda at its May 6 meeting in Wright, endorsing a series of departmental budget transfers, procurement and a vouchers register.
Chairman Bob Jordan called the session to order at 2:00 p.m. and Commissioner Jerry Means moved approval of the Consent Agenda; Commissioner Scott Clem seconded and "All voted Aye. Motion carried." The transfers included an Airport transfer of $12,000 for fence/bridge/fuel-storage maintenance to tools and a Public Works transfer of $75,000 from 1% District Support Grants to district road projects. The vouchers and hand-warrants list included entries such as Wyoming Dept. of Workforce Services for $92,917.65 and multiple Black Hills Energy charges.
