Chairman Bob Jordan called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m., and Commissioner Jerry Means moved to adopt the Consent Agenda; Commissioner Scott Clem seconded the motion and "All voted Aye. Motion carried."
The Consent Agenda included numerous budget line‑item transfers across county departments. Notable entries included an Airport transfer of $12,000 from fence/bridge fuel storage maintenance to tools, several transfers in Children's Development Services reallocating funds for vehicle maintenance and consulting, and Parks & Recreation adjustments shifting small amounts between program costs and building maintenance. Public Works transfers included multiple reallocations from 1% District Support Grants to specific road maintenance and gravel projects. The packet listed dozens of other transfers to cover supplies, software subscriptions, credit‑card handling fees and special event program costs.
The board also approved routine financial business packaged in the Consent Agenda, including minutes, routine contracts, and administrative requests. The motion to approve these items was recorded without dissent.
