Holiday Hills board affirms presidential voting rights, approves police department repairs

Attorney Jennifer Gibson advised the board, based on the June 18, 2025 meeting, that the board is constituted of seven members (six trustees plus the president), allowing President Giles to vote. President Giles called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.; a quorum was present (Trustees Jensen, Pawlak and Stingel). The board then considered maintenance items for the Police Department.
The board approved a motion to fund drywall work in the Police Department not to exceed $1,300 (motion: Stingel; second: Pawlak) and a separate motion to approve electrical work for a fan not to exceed $250 (motion: Stingel; second: Jensen). Both motions carried with ayes from Jensen, Pawlak, Stingel and Giles. The meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.; the next meeting is scheduled for August 20, 2025.
