Village of Holiday Hills accepts Trustee Jennifer Osterman‑Keyes resignation

The Village of Holiday Hills Board voted unanimously Aug. 20 to accept the resignation of Trustee Jennifer Osterman‑Keyes. Trustee Mickey Brown moved the motion and Trustee Kamil Pawlak seconded; the motion carried with four ayes and two members absent.
President J. Giles introduced Keyes’s letter and asked for the motion. Attorney Jennifer Gibson said she will check on the timing and legal requirements for filling the vacated seat; the board made no appointment at the meeting. The action was recorded as an accepted resignation to be handled according to applicable appointment procedures.
The board did not set a timeline for selecting a replacement. The issue will return to the board agenda if and when an appointment is proposed. The next regular meeting is Sept. 17, 2025.
