Board accepts $8.28 million bid for elementary auxiliary gyms

Chair said five contractors submitted bids on Dec. 4, 2025, and that the architect reported the lowest base bid met all requirements. A board member moved to accept the bid; the motion was seconded and approved without opposition.
The board noted accepting the lowest base bid will allow the contractor to begin the project. The item was reviewed by the Capital Improvements Committee on Dec. 9 and aligns with the district's strategic action plan.
