The developer expects to sell lots to a builder in due course, but permits and final designs are still pending.
Residents and board members discussed design options to preserve walkability, including tight curb treatments, planters, and a roundabout at a nearby intersection to slow traffic. Staff said they had contacted the local trails community and that planters or other traffic-calming measures could be considered once an entry site plan is available.
