During public comment, a resident offered to share materials on a local community page and urged the committee to include a short glossary and to pause between departments so voters can ask questions. "If you could take a glossary from some public source, maybe from that library section, and have a page with the glossary," the resident suggested, offering Citizens for Wolfeboro's help to publicize the materials.
The committee agreed to include a narrative packet and a glossary page, and to try to record and make the presentation available on local community channels ahead of the deliberative session to help turnout and understanding.
