The Faribault and Martin Counties Joint Board of Commissioners, acting as the Drainage Authority for Joint County Ditch #4, unanimously approved Fratco and Prinsco as the approved pipe suppliers for the JD4FM Improvement Project during a special joint meeting held April 7, 2026.
