On Dec. 17 the board approved two vendor software agreements recommended by the Finance Committee: a 42-month license agreement for Wayground at $28,000 and a CLEAR software license agreement with Thomson Reuters for $14,964. Both motions carried unanimously.
Finance Director Justin Krueger presented financial alignment information earlier in the meeting and the board approved the software purchases to support district administrative operations and information needs. The Wayground license is tied to strategic-plan items listed under Academics and Facilities/Resources while CLEAR will be used for district administrative research and investigative tooling as authorized by the Finance Committee.
