The Hononegah CHD 207 Board approved a series of personnel motions Dec. 17 after returning from closed session. The board accepted resignations including Mark McLarty (Boys' Track Head Coach), Sophia Balsley (Assistant Girls' Track), and Todd Eccles (Assistant Boys' Track) and approved multiple new hires across support staff and athletics.
Support staff hires approved include Zachary Matson (maintenance), Lisa Carroll (paraprofessional), Marissa Scaduto (5.5‑hour food service), and Donna Wainright (paraprofessional). The board also approved athletics hires such as Matt Simpson (baseball head coach) and an array of assistant coaches across baseball, softball, soccer, track, tennis and volleyball. The motion to approve personnel actions was made by Josh Ballard and seconded by Eric Flohr and passed on a unanimous roll call of members present.
