Motion carried. - Approval of hourly pay increase for Officer Bacon from $25.00 to $26.50 (Motion: Brown; Second: Stingel). Motion carried.
The minutes also record a verbally authorized emergency action to replace four tires on a police squad for approximately $800; the board agreed the work should proceed and the clerk said a formal invoice and motion would be presented for approval at the Feb. 18, 2026 meeting.
