Brown told the board the village general ledger has been corrected and that no funds have been spent, and he said efforts to locate IDOT paperwork for 2020–2025 are ongoing.
Trustee Brown characterized the matter as resolved in terms of ledger correction, but the board will continue searching for supporting paperwork and will report further at future meetings if needed.
