Trustees OK Halloween activities and $300 for Winter Holiday celebration

Trustee Carol Stingel said the Village will host Halloween crafts and Trick-or-Treat at Village Hall on Oct. 31 (crafts and activities planned 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Village Hall) and that Clerk Tennessen will post event details to social channels and the message board. The board agreed verbally to purchase treats and to record formal approval of holiday spending at the November meeting.
At this meeting trustees voted to approve spending not to exceed $300 for the Winter Holiday Celebration on Dec. 15, 2025 (Motion: Jake Jensen; Second: Kamil Pawlak; unanimous). The community relations committee will manage event details and report back to the board.
